PTA Membership

Your Membership

Your membership helps the PTA enhance the experience of all LVMS students. Your small financial contribution makes a big difference in the level of support we can provide our school community. The LVMS PTA provides student assemblies, teacher grants, grade level socials, the 8th grade celebration, community activities, and much more!

 

By becoming a member, you also become a part of a community of people dedicated to supporting our students, teachers, and parents as they navigate some of the most challenging years of a young person’s life. There are no volunteer requirements, although we would love for everyone to participate in whatever way they can. We don’t only want your money; we want you to be a part of our community. Not only do you get to be a part of something bigger than yourself, but you also get some perks by becoming a member. You get our newsletter, which will have important information about our social events, fundraisers, and community information, and you also get early access as well as a discount on all of our community events. As if that isn’t enough, every month we will put every member’s name in a hat (it might not actually be a hat) and raffle off a prize.

Join Today

  1. Go to https://lvms.memberhub.store/

  2. Choose “Family” or "Teacher/Staff Member".

  3. In addition to joining the PTA, if you would like to forgo participating in any fundraisers, you can choose the “Open donation” and make a flat donation for the year. Choose any amount and add to cart.  

  4. Complete the required fields and check out!

  5. You will receive a confirmation email from “Long Valley Middle School PTA Store Receipt”. You can download your PTA membership card from this email.

Stay Connected

  • When you join, you will create a MemberHub profile with your contact information. This way you can receive reminders for PTA events, registrations, SignUp Genius links and more.  You can even select a "grade level hub” for targeted messages/groups specific to your child(ren)’s grade.
  • The LVMS PTA Directory will be accessible to you as member within Memberhub!
  • Belong to more than one PTA/PTO? You can switch back and forth between them by going to your profile where your name is shown (top right) . Click on the box and go to “Switch Organizations”.
